It is a connecting flight of others towards meeting and reuniting with their relatives and families to their destinations.

I am sorry for the uppercase , and so I say "MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE CIVILLIANS WHO DIED IN THE MALAYSIAN AIRLINE MH17" T______T

Their families are truly suffering right now.

Who is Going to Win the 2014 FIFA World Cup?

July 19, 2014 PHILIPPINE

2014 World Cup goal-scorer Mario Götze, a German football player helped the Philippine children. #GODBLESSthisman

Argentina or Germany?? At a church friend's house to watch the final game....

45 minutes has passed and where is the score??? :(

@16:02 on Extra time : 0-0 still, bring home the bacon A but looks like the Germans are doing the best dance..

Final Verdict:
#GER: Mario Gotze breaks the deadlock with 8mins to go in extra-time, via @FIFAWorldCup

They say that it is the very first that a European World Cup team won over Americas and in American soil. Indeed the German team nailed it today in the 2014 FIFA World Cup and it happened again since 1990.

And Mario Götze is a first substitute to make a goal in the World Cup and my respect goes to Argentina too because they played well until the second half of the game's extra time.

I had a really great time with my American church friends and so grateful for welcoming me in their homes today to watch the game. Both teams really played well, the world really witnessed how careful the players were when passing the ball in an attempt to make that goal. It was concluded though that "Gotze" is the hero.

Too bad Christoph Kramer got hurt quite bad during the first half. Hope it is not that serious.

Congratulations to the German team!

The Someone

It is indeed a happiness to have someone that sticks like a brother and who cares a lot as bestfriend.. and someday, to travel in anywhere GOD would take us..

Someday there is one.. ^^ We'll meet one..

Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times.  :'(

So sad inside while feeling happy..

Realization and reality check.. there is no such thing called "perfect" but the wonder of nature GOD has bestowed on earth is indeed a super spectacular one that is truly exceptional. It is one of those memorable moments that I won't EVER forget in my life occurred once again and this time, I am with another new group of friends. I could not compose myself yet to realize I was only seeing Niagara Falls from The Internet, magazines, school books or through a TV. I was there, I witnessed the beauty, so breath-taking and I was like feeling I don't want to end the Maid-of-the-Mist ride. The lady from the car rental told me two things before I went with my co-workers:

1. Don't miss to take the Maid of the Mist ride.
2. Don't leave Buffalo, New York without dining in "Buffalo Wild Wings" restaurant.

She was so right, everything is so fantastic. I am so grateful to many for because of them, I was able to experience all these. I pray that "she" is doing well in school, that she is somehow enjoying her stay while I am away. I won't forget her and I certainly have something for her.

..... cont.

T_______T I need to decide now :'(

I do not know what to say, I feel so happy but I am so sooo sad.. Why? Because I might be staying for a while back in the country and there is no better way to bring her here in the USA until she's big and mature enough to be here.

And there is no way I will see him or talk to him again :'(

In everything, I will leave it up to HIM but I am praying that someday, I will be in this beautiful place again. :'(

Pizza: Read Backwards

I had this sumptuous overflowing veggies/chicken-topped pizza today after work and the pizza parlor is like almost 11 miles away from the place where I work. I heard about it from my co-workers one time when they invited me in a group lunch-out. They said that the kind of pizza made here is different and I got curious about it. I tried it for my late lunch today and I've known what they talked about now. The photos I took has a permission from the crew and it is awesome that the pizza was made in less than 10 minutes. I took the smallest pizza and to munch the entire order really made me so full. :D

I shared my taste-bud experience with my kid and showed her the photo. She uttered politely "Mama, don't get upset okay, but try to imagine something about your pizza (the one I showed her).. Do you imagine that your pizza is so out of control? It was like they threw everything away on top." with a loud laugh. lol :( I told her, it is customized and it is not an ordinary pizza we ordered at some known pizza store. It is freshly made right from the hot oven and it is really healthy. I ordered the Roasted Chicken with a lot of veggies on it and it was reallllllly gooooooooooood.

I will try Turoni's Pizza that someone at work also recommended. I just don't know what the place looks like but I might give it a try too before I go back home.

Campers and RVs in the USA

I have learned that Americans are into RVs and campers a lot especially during summer season which I actually don't know if it exists in my home country. When I was in Massachusetts, I've seen a lot of smaller ones travelling with me on the Interstate 495 highway when I go to/from work and there are a lot more in IN. I stumbled upon a Travel Channel TV station and they showcased several mega RVs which are all stunning. Each RV is customized according to the owner's preferences and they can be a replacement of having a still home, I mean in case the owners are travelers who do not stay in one place that long. Some campers and RVs come in as long as 75 feet and the shorter ones I've seen so far is 24 feet which I think is made for just two people. Mega RVs are customized within about a minimum of 6 months and it depends upon the customization request of the owners.

There is this so-called "Mobile Mansion" RV which is really a huge WOW and it costs $2M that would put the second big WOW for it. I don't know if people here consider it a luxury or necessity though but I believe that these RVs and campers are best for older people to spend quality time with their children during weekend in summer days.

I am just stunned with these type of vehicular/mobile homes and I think that it is a really nice experience to travel using one of them. Although the extreme RVs are really nice to have for more than two persons, I find it really cute to just have a 24-in camper that can cater traveling needs for two or three.

This is my favorite camper (just seeing them because I cannot have one of course T_T) so far because it has everything and even the washer/dryer is there :) ^^ indeed a mini moving house..

Why is this person so affected about anything I post now on Facebook? Everything I share will make her ridicule and it seems like it activates her adrenalin of something as if trying to make fun of me. I really don't get it and it's so peculiar. The more you become silent about everything from her, the more she become eager to be inquisitive about something and the better response to that is silence. In everything I am happy because Jesus is my LORD. In tranquility, my heart is shouting out loud to GOD, praising Him because of my blessings. In sadness, I am joyful because Jesus lends His hands of comfort through good friends, new acquaintances, old good friends, loving family, and He set my mind at rest to know you're not hurting anyone.

Work Out, Book, Food and World Cup 2014

I had a great day at the church last Sunday, June 22 and I checked out a really good book from church. I did not know that the TV in my apartment has an ESPN2 subscription until I spotted it while browsing the TV Guide. I am not idolizing anything but I believe that watching good decent sports has some positive benefits to a person, Hmm, a bunch of articles could explain more. As for books, I am going to start with Christian Biography ones which were recommended by my new found friends in Christ and hope I could finish two unread Bailey Flanigan series of Karen Kingsbury soon.

One of the good things here on-site is sometimes I can sit in the hallway (my boss allowed me-Thank you Tony) and work while embracing a super nice summer view. iLike! ^___^ (20.June.2014 07:00 to 12:00)

I would like to have Violin pieces for her lessons.. I am excited for her.. :) Thank you LORD JESUS. #happymother

Happy! And So Happy I am Loved By Jesus!

LORD JESUS only knows how happy I am this week and most especially today! Yay!! It is because the nice young lady I met at church last Sunday introduced me to several of her friends. The message of hope was given to us through the WORD of GOD and it is a real challenge for me as a Believer on which way to pursue. I know where I would like to go, which way I would like to try. Deep in my heart I believe that I will not walk on this path alone. I am certain that GOD will put people to walk with me and of course He will be with me all the time. :)

I am very glad to see everyone is happy and I've never known that until today. Since I started attending the church, I was just going out straight ahead after the service and never get a chance to meet new church people. But last week, GOD had me meet one new good friend in Christ. She is beautiful inside and out and I believe that everyone of them has their own unique attributes which shine to convey what Jesus is in their life. I only hear about GOD's people of America from my mother before but I get to meet them here in IN now. I am looking forward to know them better/more. I would like to share my life with them too and tell who Christ is in my life as well but this personal meet-up might not be for long since I will be going back to my homecountry really soon again. :(

I first met a very nice Filipino family at the same church, met their relatives here, I met some more through a co-worker's tennis playmate. I feel that I am welcomed by everyone. Thanks to all. I feel I have a second, third, forth and so on family here in IN, USA. I also won't forget my friends-in-Christ in MA, USA.

Best Ones

I don't have an audiobook of this fiction novel authored by Karen Kingsbury but the paperback is a great one already. The story is full of love for others and especially a love for JESUS. The characters here never cease to call on Jesus for their relationship with others. This one is really inspiring and I make sure that I get every interesting point they have in life and how they ensure that GOD is always in the center of their lives. I've read several books of Karen Kingsbury and they were all good ones because the books do not contain anything against my belief. They only give positive messages and do not condemn each reader when the story might have strike one in the past. The story goes really well on every chapter and it gives me more of what one's life can be in reality. The "Bailey Flanigan" series is a must-read for sure. The important thing about reading a book is how it can influence you to become a better person, a good person even if the story does not really originates from a real-life events perhaps.

Board Games Benefits

[repost]
Choosing the Right Game at Every Age

While in the long run we need to teach values, ethics, academic skills, and the importance of playing by the rules, in the early years the primary goals are helping your child become more self-confident and ambitious and to enjoy playing with others. If you're playing with more than one child, divide the family into teams, giving each player a job he can do well: A younger child may be responsible for rolling the dice (which he considers important, since that is where the luck comes from), and an older child the job of sorting the Monopoly money.

As children approach 5, they have more sophisticated thinking skills and can begin to incorporate and exercise their number, letter, and word knowledge in literacy-based games. By 6, children may prefer more cognitively challenging games like checkers, which require and help develop planning, strategy, persistence, and critical thinking skills. Here are some of our favorite game picks for 5 and 6 year olds.

Scrabble Junior (Milton Bradley): This is the younger cousin of the tremendously educational and challenging Scrabble, which we all know and love. Using large yellow letter tiles, players match letters to words already written on one side of the board. The reverse side has an open grid where older children can create their own words.

Learning highlights: Fosters literacy and language skills.

Monopoly Junior (Parker Brothers): As they do in its senior sibling, players roll dice to move around the game board and buy real estate. The game is shorter and uses smaller dollar denominations so kids can figure out winnings and penalties more quickly.

Learning Highlights: Develops math, color recognition, reading, reasoning, and social skills.

For many of us, parenting has not strayed that far of course, but don't we all feel like the evenings are spent too much in isolation? One parent is reading, and the other might be working on a laptop. One kid is at the iPad, and another is busy at the video game console playing Mario. There are many reasons on why you should consider changing your routine with technology and begin playing board games with your kids. Below are the top five reasons why you must.

Bonding- This is not a secret, a family that plays together stays together. We can relationships tend to get stronger with constant interaction among parents and children.

There are games that teach a lot of life and practical lessons too, and that's a bonus.

Life and Practical Lessons- Some of the board games provide lessons in life, virtues and good deeds. Examples for this are Snakes and Ladders, and The Game of Life. Of course, there are many business-related board games that might encourage the development of career skills, or teach them the value of money, the art of negotiation and risk-taking. An excellent example for this is the ever popular Monopoly.

Grammar and Vocabulary- Reading the instructional manual and discussing the rules with your children is enough for children to serve as a grammar and vocabulary lesson. Non-native English speakers can actually practice and be educated with the English language by merely playing the board game. There are also board games that specialize in teaching grammar.

Education- Another important benefit of playing board games with your children is self-education. Children are curious beings, and they tend to explore things they find peculiar. For example, there is a unique animal or unfamiliar nation featured in the board game, playing the game might encourage children to research them further. Also, the Civilization board game gives a lot of historical tidbits that can help the kids in further understanding of world history, and of course, geography. These activities will stimulate learning without our help or from the children's teachers. The children will continue to explore and expand their knowledge base.

Saving Money on Entertainment- In addition to all these wonderful benefits, you get the most bang from board games for your buck. As long as the board game remains intact, you can play them over and over. Many will last for years, and you'll be playing them with your grandchildren.

Regardless of the weather, board games are always an option. They provide opportunities for parents to spend quality time with their children in the winter. And in the northern climes where winters are bitterly cold and nights are long, board games are readily available in specialty stores like this one in Denmark. And on those dark and stormy nights when the electricity goes out, just turn on a flashlight, and you're good to go.

Board games are just a medium, an enjoyable and useful one, for us parents to communicate with our children. We can use this time to ensure that we will always see our children grow up with our own eyes. Board games have the added benefit of accessibility. Because they do not require much in the way of heavy physical activity, there's not much investment here but time.

Then there are the possible intellectual benefits.

Many board game--including the classics, like chess, go, and various mancala games --encourage players to

• detect patterns

• plan ahead

• predict the outcome of alternative moves

• learn from experience
