YOU To ME

Im terified of spiders and cockroaches and I know you hate them too, so for you, I will keep them away from you. I do not show my crazy side with a lot of people but with you, could be worst as I can be. You might not like it but I am me. On the days you close heart's door on me and it gets cold, I will silently and patiently wait outside until you're ready again. I will memorize your weird habits, stubborness, and attitudes and no matter how difficult you become at times, I will handle it with patience.

I will dance with your angels but with my love, I will silence your demons. I will never be rude to your tummy-when I hear it growl and gurgle for food, I will gift it with your favorite meals exactly the way you prefer. This much warmth, that much salt. I will kiss the papercuts or put bandage on it, the door-slammed finger, and the counter-bumped hip. I'll be your diary; I'll keep your hardships, laughter, secrets, pain and joy, safe and warm in the purest parts of my heart. I will let you win all playful fights because I love to see you win and smile; your smile is worth any loss. I will try not to get annoyed when you become complicated; I will try to resolve you. When I find myself became angry, I will remind myself that art is never perfect.

I will send you corny texts and tease you while you are at work and give you silly gifts. Not always. Just whenever I want to. Whenever I think you are in need of one. Or ten to cheer you up. I might be at the right timing to share a smile to cheer you on and to let you know you have my back. Hehe. I don't know anything about cars but I will learn them just for you because I know you love them. I will check your tire pressure and remind you to take your car in. Anything to take extra burdens off your mind because you have a lot already. And I will always hold your hand. I will love you, love you and love you. Most important of all, I WILL ALWAYS PRAY FOR YOU and PRAY WITH YOU.. Jesus loves YOU~^^

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

(The Other Day)
(Park Hyo Shin)

You are my star.
This song is about you.
Who guided me to walk the road without a light.
I have spend a long night looking for the meaning of this song.
I’m here with my arms open, run as hard as you can.
I’m waiting for the one who kiss me with that look, with that love.
If it was me, I’d be back to where I saw you.
If the sky were me, be my star again.
You hold my hand in my pocket,
형편없는 나의 말에 웃어주던 — without any reason, you laughed at what I said.
I’m on the phone as if nothing happened at night I’m longing you.
I’m here with my arms open, run as hard as you can.
I’m waiting for the one who kiss me with that look, with that love.
If it was me, I’d be back to where I saw you.
If the sky were me, I’ll be y
our night.
A song for you on one fine day.

You are my star

This song is for you.

Walk with me on this lightless path

On a long, long night

I search for meaning in this song

Here I am

Running towards you with my two arms open wide.

Welcome me with a kiss

Assure me that (your) gaze

Filled with such love

Already awaits me.

If it was me, I'd go back to that place some day

The sky overlooking you

If it (the sky) is me

Please be my star once again.

Hold my hand tightly in your pocket

And do laugh at my ridiculous words

On a night that I yearn (for you)

I call you for no particular reason

Here I am

Running towards you with my two arms open wide.

Welcome me with a kiss

Assure me that (your) gaze

Filled with such love

Already awaits me.

If it was me, I'd go back to that place some day

The sky overlooking you

If it (the sky) is me

I will be your night

A song I will give you

On one fine day.

To Jezebel or Not to Jezebel

Real women of God don’t need concealer to leave the house feeling their best; their confidence is rooted in Christ alone and not in beauty hacks.

Your beauty is not in the eye of the beholder, but in Christ’s. Peter drives this point home in 1 Peter 3:1–6. True beauty is not found in outward adornment, but in our conduct, which is an extension of our heart (Matthew 15:18):

To Jezebel or Not to Jezebel

However, before we throw out all of our gold jewelry, stop wantonly braiding our hair, and trade our clothes for potato sacks, it’s important to look at how Christ adorns his bride:

I clothed you also with embroidered cloth and shod you with fine leather. I wrapped you in fine linen and covered you with silk. And I adorned you with ornaments and put bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck. And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. (Ezekiel 16:10–12)

As we continue to read this passage, we realize that the problem isn’t in the lavish gifts that Christ bestows upon Israel, but Israel’s vain trust in those gifts instead of in her Savior (Ezekiel 16:15). If adornment was the problem, Christ would not have lavished fine clothing upon her; rather, the problem is when our worship shifts from the Giver of beautiful gifts to ourselves.

God’s word makes it clear that we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Whether we were blessed with perfectly symmetrical faces and bodies that just won’t quit, or acne scars and postpartum lumpiness, we are made in God’s image (Genesis 1:26) and are therefore precious in His sight.

The difference between a Backslider and a Reprobate. Backslider still has the Holy Spirit but is walking in a state the grieves the Spirit and needs to repent and turn back to Christ. A Backslider is still capable of turning back to Christ and being accepted. Reprobate no longer has the Holy Spirit as they have rejected God to the point where he gives them over to their desires to do what they want. A Reprobate is not capable of turning back to Christ and being forgiven.

Further, God’s concern for us reaches past our outward appearance and into our hearts (1 Samuel 16:7). And if we are His children, those hearts are being transformed by and conformed to Christ (Romans 12:1–2).

“Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is GOD’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Do not stifle the Holy Spirit. Do not scoff at prophecies, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Stay away from every kind of evil.” -- 1 Thessalonians 5:18-22
