Ginger Chicken Blah(?)

I could not do more with chicken.. (maybe just thought this might be a favorite(?).. just an invention of mine.. I do not even know what to call this cuisine.. :D

•Cut ginger in strips, and so as the red bell pepper.
• Placed a little bit of sesame oil on a pan and saute` the ginger(생강) with bell pepper, a little salt and black pepper.
• Meanwhile, boil the chicken meat to make it a little tender (do not boil too much as it will become saggy).
• Once boiling is done, marinate the chicken with a little Sashimi soy sauce (favorite now) with seasoning and put the saute`d ginger&pepper.
• Took a 김 and wrapped the marinated chicken with it like shown in the photo.
• Pre-heated the oven in 450F and baked for 40-50 minutes. Time varies depending on the size of the chicken meat prepared.
• Serve hot with fried or steamed vegetables.

Someone, hm.. is a good cook and will envy his skills.. I got this willingness to learn cooking from him too now even though I do no good than him.. :D (certainly) ^.^ 응.. 감기조심하세요.. Jesus bless you.
