Take A Break

Additions:

(1) read the Holy Bible
(2) meditate and have a quiet time with the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
(3) stay away from thoughts of stress, even a slight of it.
(4) talk with happy people and pray for them, with them
(5) exercise is really , a really one tool to keep a healthy body.
(6) drink plenty of water, JUST WATER..
(7) always smile , laugh graciously
(8) think about the events around the place and sincerely pray to GOD for them, I believe this thinking is not a form of stress but merely a feeling of having a close talk with GOD.
(9) balance your responsibities at work, at home for family&friends, and most specially, have your precious time with GOD.
(10) let go of something.. (For me, it is letting go of doing sins and walk up his cross) if some can do avoid doing it, so everybody can.. It is JUST A CHOICE., Nevertheless, we are still not deserving in the eyes of GOD but through Christ's blood we were redeemed of our transgressions.
(11) use your talents for the benefit of the people and most specially for the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
(12) be HOLY, be SPOTLESS in the eyes of the LORD and your reward is in Heaven soon.
