What Evansville, IN Can Offer?

Whenever we are given the Grace from Above, we should not let the opportunities slip away. I've had wonderful memories from visiting truly wonderful places and I am looking forward to see some more. Bringing my awareness to a new place, I am encouraged to explore a diversified but more of a historic atmosphere. I am in an area that is the far east side of Evansville and is very close to all of the east side shopping. It is also minutes away from Eastland Mall, many restaurants, Best Buy, Super Wal-Mart, Target, Circuit City, Home Depot, Lowes, movie theater. There are nice quiet streets in this area and busier streets. Evansville also happens to be the cultural, financial and medical hub of southwest Indiana, and one of the most commercially vital cities in the Illinois-Indiana-Kentucky tri-state area.

I would like to check them myself and see how to recommend this city for anyone who is looking for a fun weekend get-away. Google map says that the city is located between Illinois and Kentucky on the Ohio River. Evansville offers a great number of things to do and attractions to see.

There are literally hundreds of stores with great shopping in Evansville, with the Eastland Mall home to many of them. There are plenty of specialty shops as well. To top that is an oriental store that an Asian like me should first look for if I need to rush for cooking ingredients. If eating is a main priority, then Evansville will fill the bill. There are so many great restaurants in Evansville and it is hard to choose which one to try first. I was informed by my co-workers with many nice restaurants to visit like Turoni's Pizzery. It is a place-to-go for a delicious thin-crust pizza.

Evansville offers a lively nightlife with plenty of bars, pubs and clubs. There is also a comedy club and is only a short distance from attractions like the Museum of Art, History and Science as well as the Mesker Park Zoo.

I am looking forward to seeing great things about the place. Thank LORD JESUS for the wondeful blessing of being in this place too.
